Files must have a transparent background, be at least 300 DPI, and be properly sized and spaced without overlapping or cut-off elements. All gang sheets will be printed exactly as submitted. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for issues resulting from customer-submitted artwork, including low-quality images, incorrect sizing, missing transparency, or overlapping designs. Due to the custom nature of DTF printing, refunds or reprints will not be provided for customer file errors.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e• Our printer only has the capability to print up to 14x24 in. at this time, however, for larger orders you can email us the amount and exact size in inches that you need each print at thetealbirdboutique@gmail.com to input on our side. \u003cbr\u003e• If images are emailed to us to print without specified sizes we will use our stock sizing of 10.5-11 inches and will not reprint or offer refunds due to incorrect sizing. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e• We have also implemented bigger savings, if you submit 4+ 14x24 gang sheets in one order, use code 4ORMORE for $1.50 off of each sheet. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e• We print consistently as orders come in during business hours. Most orders are printed within 20-30 minutes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e• TAT is SAME DAY if submitted by 4:15PM.
